Review Operations Agent

By using Review Operations Agent ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Review Operations Agent is an AI-powered tool that generates content based on your inputs. The Service is provided by Scalable Digital Products LLC ("we," "us," "our").

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biased content. The Service does not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice. AI-generated review responses should be reviewed and edited before posting to any review platform. The current workflow is optimized for Google reviews first.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated output before use. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any output for a particular purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

You own the content you create using the Service. We make no claim of ownership over your outputs. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free of third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe on third-party rights.

4. User Responsibility

You agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age


• Use the Service only for lawful purposes


• Review and verify all outputs before use


• Not submit sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or confidential data unless you accept the risk of third-party AI processing


• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or security measures


• Not use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or discriminatory content

5. Subscription and Billing

• The Service is offered as a recurring monthly subscription at $29/month


• This is an auto-renewing subscription. You will be charged monthly until you cancel


• Your card statement will show the charge from Scalable Digital Products LLC


• Monthly usage is limited to 150 generations per billing period


• No refunds for partial months. Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase if unsatisfied

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Emailing support@scalabledp.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription"


• Cancellations are processed within 24 hours


• You retain access through the end of your current billing period

7. Data Processing

Your inputs are processed in real-time by third-party AI services (Anthropic and/or OpenAI) via encrypted API connections for the sole purpose of generating outputs. Your inputs are:

• Not stored on our servers beyond the current session


• Not used for AI model training (we use API endpoints, not consumer products)


• Transmitted via encrypted connections

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

9. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the state where Scalable Digital Products LLC is registered. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Scalable Digital Products LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
