Terms of Service

Review Ops by Scalable Digital Products Effective October 2026 Last updated: October 2, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you, the business that signs up ("you"), and ONBOARD LLC, doing business as Scalable Digital Products ("SDP," "we," "us"), for the Review Ops service. By starting a subscription or connecting your Google Business Profile, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Review Ops is a done-for-you review reply service. For the Google Business Profile location you connect, we:

  1. Read new reviews,
  2. Draft a reply to each new review within 2 business days of it appearing,
  3. Email you each draft with one-click Approve and Skip links. To request a change, you reply to that email, and
  4. Post each reply you approve to your Google Business Profile through the Google Business Profile API.

The 2-business-day drafting window is our normal practice and not a guarantee. Delays at Google or with your account can affect it, and when a reply posts depends on when you approve it.

Review Ops is not legal, public relations, or crisis-management advice.

2. Your account and Google access

  • You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business.
  • You must be an owner or manager of the Google Business Profile you connect, and you're responsible for keeping that role.
  • You give us permission to use the Google access you grant only to read your reviews and post the replies you've approved, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You can revoke Google access at any time. If you do, we can't provide the service until you reconnect, and your subscription keeps running until you cancel.

3. Your approval and responsibility

  • We never post a reply without your approval. When you click Approve on a draft, including a draft we revised at your request, you authorize us to post it exactly as shown in that email.
  • You're responsible for the content of the replies you approve. Please read each one. Make sure it's accurate, doesn't reveal private customer information, and doesn't promise refunds, discounts, or warranties you don't intend to give.
  • If you click Skip or don't respond, we don't post the draft.
  • We may decline to post a reply, even an approved one, if we believe it breaks the law or Google's policies.

4. Pricing, billing, and renewal

  • Review Ops costs $149 per month for one Google Business Profile location, plus any applicable taxes.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month. Stripe charges your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
  • We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change. The new price applies at your first renewal after that notice period.
  • Refunds: If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we'll give you a full refund. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds for partial months.

5. Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime by emailing support@scalabledp.com.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. You keep service until then, and you won't be charged again.
  • Replies we already posted stay on your Google profile. You can edit or delete them in Google whenever you like.
  • After cancellation, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. No guarantees about rankings or reviews

We do not guarantee, and nothing on our site promises:

  • Any change in your Google search ranking, map placement, or visibility,
  • Any change in your star rating, number of reviews, or customer sentiment,
  • That any reviewer will update or remove a review, or
  • Any increase in calls, leads, or revenue.

Google controls its platform. It may change, delay, hide, or remove reviews or replies, change its API, or suspend profiles, and we're not responsible for those decisions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Review Ops to, or ask us to:

  • Post false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content,
  • Reveal a customer's private information, such as phone numbers, addresses, account details, or health information,
  • Create, buy, solicit, or reward fake or incentivized reviews, or otherwise break Google's review and content policies,
  • Impersonate another business or person, or connect a profile you're not authorized to manage, or
  • Interfere with or try to get around the service's security.

We may suspend or end service if you break this section.

8. Ownership

  • You own your business content and the replies we post for you. Once you approve a reply and we post it, you're free to use it however you like.
  • We own Review Ops itself, including our software, processes, templates, and brand.
  • You give us a limited license to use your reviews, business information, and brand voice notes only to provide the service.
  • We will not use your name, reviews, or replies in our marketing without your written permission.

9. Disclaimer

Except as these Terms expressly state, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Google's API will always be available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify SDP against third-party claims that arise from replies you approved, content you supplied, or your breach of these Terms or Google's policies.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your service if you break these Terms, if you don't pay, or if Google restricts our access. When we can, we'll give you notice first. If we end the service without cause, we'll refund any prepaid fees for the unused part of the current month.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chittenden County, Vermont, and both parties consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

15. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy make up the whole agreement between us about Review Ops. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. You can't transfer these Terms without our consent, but we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of the business. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't waived it.
